I found mine in Currys, was out of stock everywhere else

If you’re looking for a Switch I would suggest using StockInformer. It automatically pings you a notification when it goes in stock at a number of retailers so you can quickly grab one. I used this site back when the Switch first released and managed to get stock from Smyths.

That won’t be worth much to be honest it’s only the shiny one that really holds value this version is fairly easy to obtain.

This too it’s usually first edition that go for the big bucks as far as I remember.
Fairly certain they are mostly Japanese, they had the cards long before the rest of the world.
Vast majority are only a few came into production in the UK but it was very hard to get hold of and if you did you were one of the many few some are going for silly amounts online now.
Just a heads up
My Nintendo account actually got hacked a couple of weeks ago, with someone getting onto my account and making transactions ranging from £10 to £110. Thankfully, I’ve had the transactions refunded, but that was stressful 
I hadn’t realised that Nintendo offered 2FA before this incident, but I’d strongly advise setting it up (can be done at accounts.nintendo.com)
Mine was hacked as well but got it shut down before anything was done.

Don’t play the switch much atm other than when visiting family when I’m bored and it’s usually splatoon 2 or smash bro’s
