Looks as though something has gone wrong with the new pots feature. People waking up today to overdraft alerts and missing money from pots.

Do these accounts come with different cards? Had a quick look on google but couldn’t figure it out

No the card stays the same.

The Black account comes with a black card:

Isn’t that just the Premier card, not to do with the Reward Black?

I got that card on the free Premier account.

Oh that could be. I went straight to Premier Black and this card came in the mail. I assumed only the Black account would get the black card but I could definitely be wrong!

Reward Black is only a Premier account, it’s not available as a non Premier so it comes with the normal Premier Black card, as you say, the same card you get with all Premier accounts

So they do know how to produce a card that isn’t hideous - maybe it’s a humiliation ritual for most of us to have to tap the purple/yellowy vomit card.

I’ve grown to like the default card design.

I’d prefer the black card, and I have tried to upgrade to Premier twice since I opened my account in February, but on both occasions they turned me down. I’m guessing they need to see a few months of eligible account activity before they approve the upgrade.

I’ll try again next month. Until then, I will continue to champion the default card design. :slightly_smiling_face:

I don’t get the hate for that design, and actually find yellow gives a nice pop to their purple.

The shift to all-black design makes all the cards look like first direct.

I agree. I’d like to see less of the yellow and more of the pink. The purple is fine as is.

I’ve never liked that card. Plain black is too dull. You need some kind of design.

It would appear that Virtual Cards with NatWest are now available to use within a few minutes.

I seem to recall it was an overnight thing when they first offered them?

It definitely was overnight.

Wonder if it’s the same for a replacement physical, immediate instead of overnight :eyes:

Not sure, and unwilling to test…

The logos are almost aligned but the “Virtual Debit” text is too far to the right. I mean why? Just decide on a template across all cards and use it across all cards. Infuriating.

Interesting that their Virtual is a Visa. I thought NatWest is all Mastercard?
