If I was to leave (which is incredibly unlikely), I’d just keep the profile active and not log into it. Or I could get Alan to anonymise the profile.

It is poor that people’s accounts being deleted causes threads to die.

I did wonder what had happened to the thread.

Threads only disappear if the member who started the thread is deleted. Once they are gone, the thread they started also gets deleted. Likewise, any posts from said member in any other thread get deleted.

Anyone who wants to leave (anonymised, but not be deleted) doesn’t result in a deleted thread or posts. Their post is shown from a user such a as ‘Anon12345’ - but all initial thread posts and in-thread posts remain.

The actions of several members demanding they were deleted in April 2025 really messed up this community’s timeline.

Been like that for days now.

Someone did post an app review from android with Lloyds saying they removed it for now.

It works in Halifax but broken in Lloyds, both Android and iOS.

My Lloyds rewards works, but I’ve only got 1 offer, whereas before they ducked it up I had about 50 activated.

I called Lloyds today as I’ve got a day off and it’s slow. Basically a Barclaycard (closed in 2024) is showing as an active open banking connection in my app. I get an error trying to remove it. Likely because I linked it using an old profile they’ve now merged.

I might as well have been talking to a brick wall. First person couldn’t help and transferred me, second person didn’t know, third person was on a different planet.

People complain about Monzo customer service but the bricks and mortars are just as dreadful until you log a complaint.

I have an Amex card linked to my Lloyds in open banking that says “connection inactive”. I can’t remove it and I can’t renew the access
