I’m not sure I understand your query. If you have an account and have contacted via live chat you should get a response within a few hours usually. You could try calling the number in the back of your card too.
Have you been updating the app every week when a new version comes out?
Might be better to delete and reinstall?
Do you mean that your account balance doesn’t update or the app?
