Move category selection down the screen (one handed UI mode)

Like with Samsung’s One UI it would make sense to move the categories down to the bottom of the screen for ease in pressing so don’t have to stretch with thumb as far.

Also, when pressing back in a pot closes the app, instead of going back to the pot list.

I’ve mentioned this on here so many times since the current UI was tested and introduced. Monzo are definitely aware of this, yet it’s never been fixed. It’s so frustrating!
