I had a chat with Richard about some aspects of that. Interestingly the COps are only available to actual customers, so a lot of the stress of dealing with people who are only just hearing about it and have basic questions will more likely fall to the Twitter team or the help email. There will obviously be an influx of support queries too though, as you say.
