You now need to complete a video challenge every time you log into a new device. It’s triggered, like for you, after you’ve logged in by entering the PIN.
As far as I’m aware we don’t offer the sort of trial as outlined by the OP.

Ah nice, interesting thanks Dan.
Just out of interest, the verification was incredibly quick, like literally seconds. Are you using machine learning or similar to handle these? It’s difficult to believe a human compared my new video to my previous ones / ID that quickly.
I also appreciate that this might be a sensitive question that you can’t answer!

There are plenty of providers supplying ML systems for ID verification. It’s most likely automated, with a human fallback.
