Does ‘not good’ answer your question? Monzo have made a huge fuss they’re not cheap so it’s not like they’re going to give many away…
Would be better to have something more precise than ‘not good’

Being a bit of a stickler here for appropriate survey set up… but is there a better way to ask some of these questions to limit biases?
E.g…
It might be better to rank each feature 1-5 on usefulness / need / desire to have, rather than a favourite ranking?
That way features that people don’t rate highly or have indifference to will be more clear?

The odds will depend on the number of people on the Supporter bundle, so I don’t think anyone will be able to give you accurate details.

Seems to be buggy clicking next from question 8 to 9 for me on chrome android.
Funnily enough they are in a random order… because thats not the order i got for that question 
Perhaps but any details like how many prizes, or how often etc would be good to know. Seems odd to say there’ll be a prize draw without any details.
It’s like the other limited offer where you get a metal card if you buy all 3 bundles, yet no details on how long this offer lasts for, how to claim etc.
Anyway that’s my 2 cents on this.

Apparently they learnt that they didn’t communicate enough, but nothing changes really, just empty platitudes.
When does these bundles actually go live?
They already are, unless, I believe, you already have the ‘old’ Monzo plus.
Yeah went plus about 3 months back, do I just have to wait until i finish paying this?
It’s only been a few hours so I didn’t expect a official response yet. It could be the team are still finalising the response - which is totally fine. However something that wouldn’t be fine is if people take the above as it stands, then they find out it is wrong.
I think it is wiser to ignore all the ways to get a Metal Card until we hear from the Plus team

I haven’t got any details on the prize draw.
On the limited time offer I was told, by a Monzo Plus Specialist, that they will be in touch with you via the app once the cards are ready.

Just catching up with all this, and I’ve seen mention of loot boxes. Would they be similar to the loot boxes that are getting EA into all kinds of trouble? The loot boxes that are banned in Belgium? The loot boxes linked to kids getting used to gambling? I really hope not.

All we know is people on The Supporter bundle will be entered into “Metal card prize draws”.
There is no mention of Loot Boxes, to be fair, subscribing to a bundle which offers many other things ( regardless of value ) sounds nothing like a Loot Box.

On the prize draws, I do hope Monzo have taken legal advice - the rules governing them differ depending on what part of the UK you are in.
