I’m a fanboy and want a fancy card and badge. I also like to be one of the first to try something new.
I also would like to see Monzo succeed so don’t mind paying 30 quid a year for a flashy card.

Monzo plus could have special access to get free euro account and separate card with special exange rates from monzo gb account

I couldn’t decide between this and Lagoon Blue but Midnight marginally won in the end. The postman needs to hurry up now

Never really been a fan of metal cards but I’d probably stop using Android Pay at the thought of getting one in hot coral

So up until now Monzo has been quite different and market leading, although I feel they are going down the same [wrong] route as all the other high street banks. Monzo have started offering this Plus account which include additional benefits, like travel insurance, and presumably later will go on to offer things like phone insurance, or whatever.
Put simply, I don’t want my bank (Monzo) to be anything more than my bank. If I want travel insurance, I will go to a travel insurance company and buy a QUALITY policy. If I want mobile phone insurance, I will go to a mobile phone insurance company. Likewise for breakdown insurance, or car insurance, etc… The new cards are a nice extra, but these are not worth anything more than £9 one-off.
I totally accept Monzo is a business and needs to make money to survive and thrive, but personally I would much rather you offer a high tech backing service (and only a banking service). If you need to charge money to make your business successful, then do so for a few quid a month, but please don’t start doing what all the other banks are doing and trying to sell premium account with a lot of rubbish services which have bogus policies and high excess fees. (Most of the travel insurance policies aren’t worth the paper they are printed on anyway, I look forward to reading Monzo’s).

Err, just open a starling Euro account!
You don’t have to buy into it though, you can choose to source your preferred, external providers for each service you need at a personal level.
I currently pay - with [cough] another bank -£11.95 per month (it was £9.95 per month until 2 months ago) for worldwide travel insurance (excl winter sports) which covers all my immediate family (which I have used to claim twice), mobile phone insurance which covers all my immediate family (which I have never used yet) and car breakdown insurance which covers any driver in my family (which I have used once)
The usage above is during the last 10 years @ £9.95 per month, so it can be argued it wasn’t worth it. But when I had to claim, the response, attention and resolve were above and beyond. I would not change it at all. So… while I am currently staunch Monzo (hate traditional banks), there is a considerable bit to live up to with Plus in my opinion. But early days and so one that I am prepared to go with.
There are also people who want everything in one place too, regardless of the cost of convenience.
I think Monzo could make this into a very competitive offering if played right.

They are also on a restricted access / wait list last time I checked. But also, this is the “what would you like” thread - don’t see any reason why feedback of a Euro account should be rejected.
I’d recommend not buying Monzo Plus, in that case
