Monzo plus- sorry there was a problem

Getting this when trying to order monzo plus card.

I have force closed app and tried again but still the same message.

No reply from In-app chat

Any help would be appreciated

Plus has been paused - I wonder if this means no-one can join (or order a different card) while it is being restructured?
I’m on the £3 per month early bird plan and I haven’t been able to even see the new (Plus) card screen since bundles were announced.

I hope so… It’s already paid.

Just got a reply on the chat, it has been escalated to a specialist

No. This is my first experience with monzo.

Ahh that’ll be why, if there is no active card then this can cause issues. We’ll get this sorted :blush:
