Doh! Cheers
Jumping in to state that I also didn’t receive stickers
Come to think of it, I haven’t received any of the promised merchandise
Same here, not overly happy
Uh oh - have I opened a can of worms…
Neither did I
I have no stickers either!! Mind you, I don’t have Plus yet so… that might be why? Ohhh the plot thickens!!
Well that’s just rude… I’ve been asking for stickers since I joined in 2017 not feeling the love right now…
Even didn’t get any when I went to an event
I remember they had an open office back in their old office and I nabbed a couple of stickers from a table there
On a different note, it’s not the easiest thing to change your Monzo.me username: currently trying to but being asked if there are reasons why I want to in particular. Like, no… just because I can, really?
(Also I don’t like it being my full name as it is - prefer something not linked to my name).
I mentioned Monzo Plus in the first message and they changed straight away…
I can’t understand that when you launch a new product, especially when it’s one that a lot of people are talking about and anticipating, that you don’t produce a range of promotional items, especially when they are shown in photos etc.
Brand awareness is very important and the very small cost of producing these stickers I’d nothing compared to the disappointment of customers who don’t receive them or can’t get hold of them.
The cost of producing thousands of these stickers is pennies but in real terms can be worth thousands. Even the more expensive items such as t-shirts and mugs should also be made available and offered as incentives. I singulaly can easily purchase a mug or t-shirt for about £5, so to produce them in bulk will obviously cost a lot less and I also believe that these can be offset against advertising etc.
I really can’t understand why these aren’t being used and promoted more by the advertising department at Monzo.
The best thing in the world is to have happy customers and to use these customers for the continued promotion and growth of the business. It means nothing to have a new sparkly TV advert if the people who are already customers are disgruntled, especially for something that is easily fixed.
Brand awareness and the positive power of speach is the best promotion that any company can use to it’s advantage.
Yup yup yup MonzoPlus shows on the card in Apple Pay
I actually got some stickers sent to me ages ago but I now want Plus ones

I want to sticker up my office!
I’m taking offers and the highest bidder gets them
I got them right before I moved house so I need to find them and put them to good use!
Do you accept dust and pocket lint?
I don’t think many people are ‘disgruntled’ all that much about lack of promo material, at least I hope not.
But maybe it’s just me. I like to think that using Monzo is reward enough!
Even if I’m never destined to get Plus (no I will not shut up about it,… yet!)
I agree to the extent that I just like stickers so I want some
I just got a Monzo Plus card in the post AND I got the stickers
Plot Twist I never signed up for Monzo Plus.
You may be right but there seems to be a lot of chat throughout the forum about many people asking about stickers, mugs, t-shirts and all other merchandise and I was just trying to say that if people are asking for it then it’s a great promotional tool for the company and the brand, which is exactly why the card is the colour that it is (but rarely seen because of Google/Apple pay etc). Maybe Monzo are missing a trick but it’s still got people talking, so even that’s good at least.
I am.
I want a hot coral car!
