As some one said may be its a plus feature, and they are giving everone a trial so people get hooked and sign up to plus when it’s released
Exact same thing for me, I am meant to get paid Tuesday and I can today at 4
Our engineers are aware of the issue and are working on a fix which will mean the transaction widget will soon disappear and will reappear on Monday as expected.

I can still see the upcoming payment in the feed, but the ‘get paid early’ button is no longer there.

Same for me! I was really hoping I would get the money today as I need to pay an overdue bill!! Do you think it will come back today?
Me three… I didn’t even know I could do this until today and I saw it at 3:30. Waited till 4 and it’s gone…

They’ve already said it was an error and they were going to fix it. The ‘Pay Early’ feature remains at 4pm the working day before payment is due.

The thing that surprised me with the stuff in this thread was that most assumed the payment was going to be available earlier than usual while I assumed that the screen and the prompt was being displayed in error.
Maybe I’m just naturally pessimistic.

Something looks like it accidentally pushed the ‘pending’ displays a day earlier which is why the message wasn’t ‘fixed’ at the time. If they decide to keep that ‘2 days out’ notification it would still be more than I’ve seen elsewhere.

A lot of people would have got their hopes up over this, especially at the weekend and Father’s Day. It makes no difference to Monzo if the let us have the money today. Would be a nice gesture

Given that it’s a weekend and they’re effective closed it would also be next to impossible to achieve I suspect. Not to mention the fact that they don’t have the money yet.

This is only my 2nd month with Monzo and I have nothing bad to say about them and promote them actively to anyone I speak money with. There’s definitely a mod reading this… help us out!

technically it would as they haven’t got your money to give it and it’s 2 days extra that the sender could recall it. They probably wouldn’t but it’s still a risk
It was a display error as they haven’t updated the documents to say it would be available before 4pm the day before. And it does say they can withdraw it at any time
