Monzo Max Connected Accounts Issue

I’m trying to connect my two Natwest accounts to my Monzo Max, but it is not working. I can add one, then not the other, then the other is added but with a balance of £0, then they both disappear… Any knowledge if there is a bug with this?

What type of accounts are they? I’m only able to add my current accounts erm, well, currently.

They’re both current accounts…

I don’t think you can. I tried adding 2 Barclaycard accounts when connected accounts first launched and couldn’t. Each time I added the second account, it replaced the first and so on. The conclusion - only one Barclaycard at a time.

I can’t check this with NatWest unfortunately.

It varies with external providers I believe. I’ve got two MBNA cards showing no problem, but can’t show two Starling cards, for example.

Well, given that Barclaycard only allow you to have one account with them at a time, it’s not surprising that limitation exists there.

As @glenmcfar says, it varies by provider. When I had Plus I was able to add my many Revolut and RBS accounts without issue. But I know the connected accounts feature does not work as well as it once did.
