Disappearing cards is the main issue we’re investigating, and working on a bunch of fixes to improve.
We’ll provide an update here once we think we’ve made a material difference, or need some more input from y’all.
Just a reminder, we released this in a very early state, so it is to be expected that things are a bit weird and inconsistent. We appreciate y’all dealing with the wigglyness, it really helps.
Longer term, we’ll allow you to decide which monzo account you see each external card listed under - for now we want to keep things simple by making them all show within your personal account.
I have added my card again, shows correctly in my personal account. I switch to joint, it briefly shows then disappears, go back to personal and it’s gone. A force close fixes this.
We added a ‘your card is on it’s way’ state into the apps last week, and are working on a ‘your card has disconnected’ state too. Should be released in the next week or so.
Are you on wifi when you’re experiencing this? My hunch right now is that this is due to slow connection (the iOS app doesn’t currently save your card details locally, so it fetches them each time you view the account tab).
I’ve tried to connect my Barclaycard and although it says I’ve entered the correct details nothing appears in the app. I’ve tried twice and still nothing.
My card disappeared for good and never came back. I switched a lot between the 2 types of account to search for it and tried to reconnect 3 times (always said success, never brought back the card). It’s because it was said here that it’s on the personal account only even if I never use it.
At first it was on the join account that I was looking at it. But it didn’t stay more than 24 hours.

Edit: tried for the Xnd time and this time it is back. It works
I had been seeing mine after an admittedly iffy initial sign up process but the balance and any mention of Barclaycard seem to have vanished now for me from my accounts tab
