I can’t even see my Barclay Card anymore! I’ve reconnected it twice and nothing…

Mine’s vanished too. Definitely not a zero balance :frowning:

Hey all, will take a look into disappearing card.

When you say your card has disappeared, are you still seeing the updated Account Tab Layout?

Is the updated account tab the one where you scroll down to see pots etc on iOS rather than accross? If so then I’m still seeing that new layout, just the card had disappeared from the list.

Not sure if this has anything to do with it or just coincidence, but since I last saw my barclaycard in the Monzo account tab I’ve had a direct debit payment go into barclaycard and a new statement generated there.

Mine has gone too… New new account tab design with the latest iOS TF version :man_shrugging:

Heads Up

This afternoon we’re releasing version 2.43.0 of the iOS app, which contains fixes for the new account Tab layout. You’ll need to be updated to the latest version of the app to see the new account tab layout (and thus, any external Credit cards).

If you experience any new issues this afternoon, please make sure you’re up to date!

Any idea when it’ll be available to download, or will it depend on the Apple reviewer?

It’s approved and released, just takes a few hours to work it’s way through Apple’s servers.

Heh, you said you were ‘releasing’ it, not that you’d released it :slight_smile:

On Android. My card disappeared after successfully adding it when the feature was first released - I have a zero balance too.

Am I still waiting for a fix or should I be trying to add it again? If it’s the latter how do I do this if I dismissed the notification? :slight_smile:

I’ve tried it in the iOS app on iPhone X a few days ago. First time the flow got stuck on Connecting, tried a second time and successfully gone through the TrueLayer flow but still can’t see the balance in my accounts tab even now on the latest app version 2.43. Should I try again?

My balance hasn’t updated for 13 days, I have switched from iOS to Android since but I don’t think that should affect it should it?

I’ve experienced another issue of my Barclaycard disappearing from within the Monzo App on Android which is the second time it’s happened since initially adding it.

Is this something that’s still being looked into at all? :thinking::blush:
