Monzo in Prague, Czechia 🇨🇿

Hi there

I’m travelling to Prague in a couple of weeks and was assuming that they are becoming as cashless as we are over here due to Covid, therefore I was only planning on changing up a small amount of cash into local currency just in case necessary.

If this is the case, could someone please confirm that they accept Monzo cards over there, and provide any tips for spending? I’ve seen some suggestions to always pay in local currency as Monzo will apply the best rates?

Any help will be greatly appreciated :blush:

I’ve not been since the pandemic started but before the pandemic I had no problem using my card in Prague.
