Issue:
Monzo flex does not allow manual payments for instalment due.
Details to reproduce:
- Once initial automatic payment is taken and if it fails, then
- Navigate to Monzo Flex screen to make payment for instalment due
- Click on make payment
- Error returned ‘internet connection required’

Looking at your screenshot, you are on 3G with low signal and in an active call. This could be the cause.
Do you still encounter the same issue when you have stronger signal/wifi and/or not on a call?
If you still have the same issue, then try:
- Uninstall the app
- Reboot your phone (very important)
- Reinstall the app
- Log back in
- Retry the payment
