Monzo debit not accepted at Santander cycle terminal

Hi there,

I tried hiring a Santander bike today outside the V&A but both my Monzo cards (debit and prepaid) have been declined.
Has someone else had the same problem or was it the bike terminal that wasn’t working?

It sounds like it was the latter as I’ve been able to use both my prepaid & debit cards at those terminals :sweat_smile:
