Monzo Community Engagement

Can we please address the issue of Monzo staff engaging on the forum & then going AWOL? Take this for an example:

A promise was made to address an issue, and then there was silence. Attempts to tag them results in no further response and the issue remains in limbo. BTW, this is not directed at Niamh personally (I’m just using this as a more recent example) but I feel like I have seen it a lot of late.

If a Monzo staff member is tagged then I’d hope they would respond. I’m not asking for immediate response, but within a day at least, even if just to say “it’s still being looked at” or something. If they’ve moved on to another team (or perhaps left Monzo) then we should know who to contact instead.
