Issue:
When you scroll on any of the monzo.com pages which have a contents box while using Google Chrome, unscrollable scrollers appear around the contents box (see screenshots).
The behaviour occurs on the following webpages:

- https://monzo.com/legal/fee-information/

- https://monzo.com/tone-of-voice/
(ie: seemingly any webpage with a contents box on monzo.com)
Details to reproduce:
Go to one of the links listed above (eg: https://monzo.com/legal/fee-information/) while on Google Chrome browser ==> scroll down.
OS: Google Chrome.
NB: scroll box doesn’t appear on Internet Explorer or it you view the webpage in ‘mobile’ mode, where the contents box appears at the top of the page.
