Details to reproduce: Click on the icon and the splash page opens for a second and then crashes immediately. Deleting the app, restarting the phone and reinstalling it does not work OS: iOS Device: iPhone 8 Plus App Version: 4.55.0
When you get stuck in this loop, it’s very tricky for a user to try to troubleshoot and fix, even when they know what they’re doing.
What worked for me was to install an older version of the app through TestFlight. Another managed to get it fixed with a more convoluted process, but all the details are in that thread I’ve linked to if you have a quick read through some of the more recent posts.
Hi! Welcome! As above, Monzo are aware and are working on it. I’m sure they’ll share the fix with us when they have one. For now it’s just going to be a case of trial and error with the various troubleshooting tips outlined in the other thread linked to above I’m afraid.
I hope a fix is near. It’s been going on for far too long now, and if anything seems to be getting worse, not better.
