Mobile Networks

This was also on my mind. It’s one of the important factors given they aren’t building their own infrastructure.

Anyone heard of these?

Interesting name to say the least but could maybe be a smarty or revolut mobile alternative?

Pay £30 every 3 months or £12 per month and get

Unlimited everything

10GB EU roaming

3GB 5G global roaming

Or £39 every 3 months or £15 per month and get

Unlimited everything

20GB EU roaming

5GB 5GB global roaming

Seems to Run Of VodafoneThree

FUP is 750GB per month( WAY better than revoluts 150GB)

Can’t see anything about speed caps, but I don’t think there will be. Don’t seem to be powered by Giggs

Three Network. So no 5G SA.

Calls capped at 4000 minutes and texts at 2000 per month.

You could take 000s off both of those and it would still be more than enough.

Even if it was a different network it wouldn’t get 5G SA.

Smarty:

Voxi (Vodafone):

Klarna (Vodafone):

All the same mast and location.

Turned my voxi sim on having not used in ages and it offered 100gb for £10.

Where were you? I have a second three sim from scancom but it is not great whenever I activate it regardless of signal strength!

Those are from the Bidston, Wirral mast as I went by.

It was a Three mast but now MOCN and upgraded back haul for Vodafone to use it too.

Vodafone would likely get as quick but I was facing the other way.

Voxi had the lowest ping so I’d guess it’s a Vodafone first site, but who knows.

Vodafone and Three still use their own cores respectively.

Not too bad! No TFL WiFi, but to be honest the connection on the Jubilee line was better than EE.
