Has anyone had any luck with claiming for missing cashback? There was a % offer for Tesco that I activated before a grocery shop. However, the cashback wasn’t added. I used the button to claim then today it was rejected due to “Cancelled or returned transactions aren’t included”.
The thing is it wasn’t cancelled so I think somebody has just clicked that on my claim to get rid of it. Now I can’t enter the claim again as I just get that message. Is there any way to ask for a re-review?
