That’s what I mean, all the app transactions have been changed in error to a specific Wetherspoon branch 
. In app cops don’t seem to understand the issue and told me to contact Wetherspoon’s.

Monzo have been bang on top of my updates lately, including getting some longstanding names shortened (knocking off legal identities etc)
Right now my feed is looking pretty good icon and name wise
So I am definitely hoping against any move away from that - what is needed is some enhancements to the correction and management process, not chucking the whole lot away

I’ve looked up the sortcode and it’s solely NS&I is there a way you could make it so all payments received from that sortcode come up as NS&I?

Do they have a facebook page? You can also submit the url for that into the suggest a logo page.

Submitted nearly every day since the 10th June, the Twitter account is twitter.com/timberland. Still not updated.
Submitted nearly every day since 16th June, the twitter account is twitter.com/mylocalpremier. Still not updated.
Yet there seems to be no issue in completely messing up correct merchants by updating them left, right and centre. This merchant is the ticket machine on Transport for Wales Pentrebach station, it literally says that in the merchant ID. Yet someone has updated it to this when it should just be ‘Transport for Wales’ 
When are Monzo going to finally sort this shambles out please?

It’s got to the point that just ignoring it as much as possible and then randomly submitting it again then somehow it suddenly updates that’s what happened with a few of mine then unfortunately someone updated them incorrectly and messed up not only the names but the addresses as well.
I feel that merchant data needs to be focused on again it’s a core feature of the app and one that makes me enjoy using Monzo along with their other features but if this isn’t addressed like it should be I can see it just getting put completely to rest and losing it’s appeal if it hasn’t already.

Still waiting to see what @anon91821566’s thoughts are on this mess and what he intends to do about it seeing as this particular thread is nearly a year old and things are still bad as ever if not worse.
