I usually insure my family with a separate policy but see I can upgrade my Monzo Max to include additional family members for another £5.
Can I just enable this the month of the travel and then downgrade back to my standard Monzo Max a few weeks later?
Will this cause me to have any issues with the existing policies with my phone etc or does it just impact the additions?
I think there’s a 3 month minimum to probably stop people doing this exact thing.

From the in-app Max T&C’s (Family add on);
I can’t find any time-related clause other than the instance-related clause above.
However, for each of the family members on my Max/Family plan with Travel/Phone/Breakdown, I can remove them in 2 ways:
So family members either have travel/phone/breakdown insurance, or travel/phone insurance, or nothing. It seems you can’t have travel/phone without phone/travel.
