I’ve just used my card in an ATM in the UK & it declined with the app telling me to turn on magstripe. I have switched it on to no avail so has to get cashback in a shop which took 4 attempts. Please could someone advise me asap.

This is not a support forum. You need to speak to Monzo in app. Go to “Help” across the bottom, search for “Contact” and then pressing “Contact Us”

I remember seeing a while back on here that Monzo wasn’t part of the LINK scheme, so it may be that if the ATM is a magstrip one that it isn’t accepting the card because of that, or it only accepts VISA
