Last night my phone was stolen, I’m a bit worried about my Monzo account and the details it has in there. I managed to erase my device via icloud, but now am left wondering if there’s any other way for me to view my Monzo account?
Sadly, there’s no good way to view your account without an iOS or Android device at this time. I know I would personally like to see, at the very least, a basic web interface with a feed, card freeze and support contact options in the future.
If you need to freeze your card or speak to anybody from Monzo, you can email help@getmondo.co.uk (preferably from the email address you use to sign in to Monzo). It goes to the same team as the in-app chat support.
If you are feeling particularly adventurous, you can use the developer API playground at https://developers.getmondo.co.uk to view information from your account. This is incredibly verbose, raw data for developers but it’s an option that works for viewing the account. Another option would be to try and use the beta Android application in an emulator such as BlueStacks.

Try to get onto the Quids Beta. It’ll give you access on your Mac (but not PC it seems)
