Losses my card and sold my phone

I had a monzo account but sold my phone and lost my card can you help me get this back ?

I would say you need to buy a replacement phone, log into Monzo and then request a replacement card and also freeze your old card if you have lost it.

There is access to some things on your account online however i am not familiar with this platform.
