I have a Titan too, and after ~6 years it’s still like new - I’m really happy with it.
The other year one of the armrests split a little at the seam down the side. After a quick message to their customer services, they sent me out a new one straight away.
You don’t hear an annoying clunky noise from the lumbar mechanism each time you stand up?
That’s my current issue. I feel like there might be another replacement on the way soon. I have a feeling I won’t be welcome as a customer of SecretLab for much longer.

Nope, no issues at all. You have 5 years warranty, so if I was you, I’d be firing loads of claims in or just asking for a replacement chair if it’s that fundamentally flawed.
