Worth noting all under the hood stuff is still in light mode eg. Everyday offers, statements, inbox, credit score etc. but definitely a step in the right direction :racehorse:

I think it looks pretty good in dark mode, certainly one of the better banking apps visually for me.

The more I use the Lloyds app, the more I like it.

That being said, it just took 4 minutes to receive a notification for my card payment to Deliveroo.

It would be nice for this to be improved next :slightly_smiling_face:

Good riddance. They blocked the transfer a second time :melting_face:

I’ll give it a while before I open a new account and see if that fixes the Apple wallet issue.

Still can’t log in to Halifax, tried to call and their lines are closed for the people I need to speak to? It’s not even 8pm.

What do you expect them to do? You already know you have to use the code so just wait for the code

Try to be patient. I know it’s easier said than done for some people.

If you call them, chances are they will send another code and you will have to wait all over again.

This might be dumb… but im sure back in the day when the mobile number on your account became trusted you did not need an activation code to register for internet banking. I can’t remember how long this was.
You could… register your hfx account on bank of scotland internet banking to give it a shot… but i might be being extra dumb :man_shrugging:

You need to wait for the code. It’s only been a few days right?

I know you know this, but I can guarantee you will be told a new code is needed. Maybe wait to see if one arrives tomorrow in the post first?

Second time recently here I’ve seen negativity about RM. Do people here have regular bad experiences? I personally find them very efficient…

I’ve definitely had good experiences myself. My letters from Bank of Scotland arrived quickly. No complaints here

It’s been hit and miss for me.

I’m with Halifax and seeing how the other 2 apps look like, I’m happy where I am. Those fonts hurt my eyes. :face_with_peeking_eye:
