Not good of them at all, Hopefully they sort that out soon.

I don’t have the connections screen? Probably because I haven’t added a connection?

Edit: added first direct and it shows connection but Lloyds isn’t there.

I may do a last ditch attempt and ask them to remove any open banking connections their end, the Lloyds app says there isn’t any.

I’m sure you’ve tried this lol :joy:

Yup. Manually, through tap, through app.

There literally nothing I can think of that I haven’t tried. I will call tomorrow and try the open connections thing and see if they can remove them fully.

How did you manage to get it into this state?

I have an old iPhone I’m about to sell and a second Lloyds account I need to close - I wonder if I can replicate it

No idea.

The card was in Apple Pay, working fine probably June time?

I removed it as I had cleared off a few cards not being used.

Then went to add it 20th July and it just wasn’t doing it, and it’s been ongoing since then.

I’m wondering if I roll my device down to iOS 17 which I think was when it last worked, it might might miiiiiight work again. But I don’t have another iOS device to try it with.

Have you frozen the card I know that will stop it from Apple Pay getting added.

Any chance you ever used an Apple Watch? That counts as a separate device, just in case

2nd this… Wallet & Apple pay on Watch app see if there are any cards still there.

Not since 2022 maybe? The Lloyds account didn’t exist then.

I really dont expect that to work tbh.
I have not read all your posts but I remember a few years ago Starling had an issue where people couldnt readd their cards to apple pay if they had been added within a time period and I think it was a case of waiting x days before it worked.

It sounds its a lloyds issue anyway.

You’ve got it twisted, this definitely doesn’t happen:

I’ve never heard of a mid-month fee waiver. It either happens the same day as the fee is taken (because you met the criteria the previous month) or it doesn’t.

So Lloyds 360 is rolling out from the 5th to all eligible customers.

Neither have I. My money always goes in on 20th of every month, when I get paid, and the £3 Club Lloyds fee is always taken, and instantly re-credited, on the second working day of each month. The fee was taken, and re-credited, yesterday, as usual.

I get my £3 fee discounted and I also get £5 off the £22.50 fee for the Club Lloyds Platinum account but sometimes my discounts come in later in the month.

It depends on when you pay money in the account does it not.

Although. My discount came in yesterday actually… not sure.

Perhaps it’s different for some PBAs but so far as I know Club Lloyds is fee taken second working day of the month, waived same day if eligible (and everything works correctly).

Oooooooo nice!

I have been paying in £2000 every month since I opened it. However, it seems to charge the £3 without refunding if I haven’t paid in the £2000 that day or the day before. Thought I’d done it the following day before, but skimmed through the transactions and seems not.

You can only add your card generally so many times within a 30 day window in most instances.

Not sure if attempts reset the timer with Lloyds.

I had it with monzo, who give a notification in app saying can’t add more than 3 times within a 30 day window, and on day 30 it added again no problem.

I’ll see if waiting a full 30 days no attempts resolves it.
