Discussing an issue with Lloyds via live chat, problem still persisting, and they couldn’t help me, but mid discussion whilst ‘noting my frustration’ the individual tries upselling me for financial planning.

Lloyds is dire.

I had a “Your Lloyds Bank connection has expired” app and email notification last night even though the 90-day interval won’t expire for at least another 2 months, so was fully expecting something to kick off today. :eyes:

The irony is an issue like this his the news/social media and more people try to access the service to see if they have the issue too and it just adds to the traffic making it potentially take longer to resolve.

Guess I’m going to have to subscribe to Channel 4+, get 100% cashback, and be entered into the £100 prize draw…

Oh and you get an extra entry for each cashback offer you use.

It reads like opt in to the Lloyds offer there and then activate and use another offer afterwards.

It doesn’t specify if it can be an already active offer, I usually just opt in to all mine.

I’ll have to wait til something comes up that I can activate and then use to be sure I enter as per the wording :sweat_smile:

T&Cs say

  1. Click ‘Everyday’ tab in your home menu

  2. Scroll down and select ‘Rewards’ for Lloyds, ‘Cashback Extras’ for Halifax or ‘Everyday Offers’ for Bank of Scotland

  3. Click ‘Cashback’ tab

  4. Activate the ‘Opt in, Activate & Use a Cashback Offer Prize Draw’ in app.

  5. Then activate and use a cashback offer within ‘Offers’ section as explained in the cashback offer conditions before 30th September 2026.

So yeah, new offers only. D@mm!t.
