Lloyds haven’t updated their systems to show revolut in their list.

Natwest had to double check the sort code and account with me, but it seems to be going through fine. Revolut messaged me to say my account was being asked to switch out and whether I consented, clicked yes and away it went.

They still haven’t built in the option to swap an existing Halifax credit card to a Lloyds so yesterday I still had to use the Halifax app to recycle my Clarity into a Platinum. Can totally imagine this being an issue if they retire the app before incorporating this change in October.

As long as I can get the same/better deal, it doesn’t really matter if they’re sending me the 3rd plastic card within a year for the same credit account. I’ve given up on finding a proper place to recycle old bank cards.

Everything with Lloyds/Halifax for me have been easy TBF. From getting a credit card, swapping existing card to increasing credit limit - all pre-approved, no hard checks ever. I think Lloyds is my & bank for life.

I don’t make enough that £75 for filling out one form is a waste of my time

I meant I have enough fights to get through atm so any complaints have to come from the fact my life has definitely been inconvenienced, not that I can pass up free money.

May be they would tell you to apply for the one you want as new, that won’t put any stress on their dev teams.

I used to shred them. I have a cheap Amazon basics shredder with a slot for cards like that, does a good job.

What you need is a trading card folder to store all your debit and credit cards in

I have a box with my cards and I was asked if I am on the spectrum due to my collection.

I kept all my cards, and then one day I found out the Santader near me has a proper “Shred It We’ll Make It Into A Bench” scheme. So I took my stash, shredded them and left. The staff were properly confused.

Rejoined the dark house side yesterday… please tell me they’ve fixed the longstanding apple wallet issue? I refuse to believe the easiest fix is and I quote “buy a new device”

Yes they have a fix for it if it doesn’t work, but not seen anyone complain about it recently.
