Lloyds Banking Group Chat 🐎

Was going to say the Homes tab on Lloyds app failed to load but Halifax app is still fine.

Checked again today, Halifax app has followed suit.

Latest letter in the digital inbox was also showing my old address instead of my new one. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Complain. They’ll give you goodwill for messing it up.

Unironically, Lloyd’s throw me something like £75 for every error I encounter

I wish I had the bandwidth many of you here have all the time.

I don’t make enough that £75 for filling out one form is a waste of my time

Opened a new Club Lloyds CA today - it did say during the application they will only do a soft search if you’ve been a customer for at least 3 months (which I have).

No credit search on report, debit card added to Apple Pay immediately, monthly 8% club saver opened, NatWest switch initiated.

My NatWest relationship is over.

More than Monzo? :eyes:

Remember when Revolut was the most hated and now everyone’s there :nail_polish:

Does that three month no credit check rule extend to accounts with Halifax and Bank of Scotland too?

Not me, my CASS finishes tommorow and I can delete another app

Where to?

Revolut allows CASSing out now that they’re fully licensed? I shouldn’t have shut mine down before 11 March. :joy:

I can’t add it to my Apple Watch. I would call and sort it but I’m getting a new one next month so will just wait.

CASS was available for a while pre licence.

You don’t even need a banking license to be part of CASS.

CardOneMoney previously offered it before they got shut down, and thinkmoney actively offers it.

Rev allowed CASSing in, but they didn’t allow CASSing out. I was looking at getting that Club Lloyds switch bonus in January but couldn’t so I just closed my Rev account. :joy:

Yes, I remember you told me about thinkmoney etc. I meant at the time I tried to CASS out of Rev they weren’t a fully licensed bank so just took a wild guess.
