Issue: Links to external Monzo users not working for shared tabs

Details to reproduce: Create a shared tab, use link sharing or QR code to invite outside user and they get “link is broken” message

OS: Apple
Device: iPhone 14
App Version: 5.89.0

Thanks for reporting this issue. We have recently released a fix for the Shared Tabs Guest experience which would have fixed the issue you’ve encountered.

Could you please try inviting the user to tab again? If the problem persists, please share a couple of extra details that might help the team to understand the issue better:

  • The app used to share the invite
  • The browser used to open the invite

Sharing links to split a bill works, but actually the shared tab link still doesn’t work.
