Please improve the product by linking flex to joint accounts. Or at least having functionality that automatically transfers the balance from joint to personal to fulfil the monthly flex payment. I don’t use the personal account - balance is zero. So flex payments default unnecessarily.

A scheduled payment to your personal account for flex the day before it’s due solves your problem.
I still use Flex even though I bank with NatWest. Monzo notifies a few days before the Flex balance is taken and I just transfer the appropriate amount. No more than a couple of minutes work.

Agree, monzo personal is always zero. Should be able to link to there instead of work arounds.

Agree. Would be transformative as far as using as a joint card. I know you CAN set up scheduled payments but this is not the same and allowing flex payments from Joint (where you are likely making your big ticket purchases from that would benefit from Flex if you have shared finances) would certainly encourage me to use my card more. As it stands it is currently.a bit of a barrier to really embracing joint finances.

I would like this feature also as it would help with budgeting when I transfer money to flex I transfer it from the joint account make a note of what it’s for from the personal account make a note of what it’s for into the flex card and make it note of what it’s for. Would be a lot less work to take it straight from the joint.
