So weird I have in app cheque deposit for at least 2 years and chat has also been active for quite some time now. I have video chat as well.
Maybe you just installed their application? Some features are restricted for a week or few weeks after installation

At least two months, I’ve the mobile PIN Sentry feature unlocked. Who knows how they select users?
