My initial £100 top up was done via my Tesco bank debit card with no problems.
I am not sure if that is the right thread for it but I give it a go.
I tried to pay for mini golf (Mr Mulligan) and I had transaction recorded in the app and straight away refund. On the merchant website it was as unsuccessful payment. I tried again and the same thing happened.
Later, decided to pay with my credit card and all went fine.
Now I have 4 transactions on Monzo showing deduction and refunds for this merchant.
Best thing to do is report it through in app chat as they will have access that we don’t have as users in this forum
