Usually, the logout of app, uninstall app, reboot device, download & install the app & login dance fixes this.

Lost my 'kerching' sound

Generally, an uninstall/reinstall fixes this. If not, there are a few things to run through. Starting with basics - is your sound on? Turned up? Do other sounds work OK? Are notifications in the Monzo app turned on (Device/Settings?) If you want the source mp4 files, here they are; Transaction (Kerching) Top-up (Best sound ever)
