Normal defined in a sense of £5 per week for a lucky dip here and there.
No, I don’t have those on my account, but come to think of it I may have turned the gamble block on when browsing the app, so it may be that!

In fairness to Monzo, they have +7m customers now, so while it’s possible that this does happen, it might not be that every CS agent has details on it. It’s the same with other banks too such as HSBC.
