I’m trying to understand whether this is something others have experienced, as I’m still waiting to hear back from Monzo support.
I made a £350 purchase using Monzo Flex (two items). I then paid £200 off early and later returned both items in two separate returns (£175 each).
What I can see now is that Flex applied a £150 adjustment, which cleared the remaining balance but £25 from the first refund seems to have disappeared, and the second £175 refund doesn’t show anywhere. It’s not in my Flex statement and not in my main Monzo account either
So I’m missing £200 in total, and the statement period has already closed, so it doesn’t look like it’s just pending.
I’ve contacted Monzo and asked them to manually review it, but while I wait, I wanted to ask: has anyone else had refunds not fully show up in Flex when there were early repayments and multiple returns? If so, how was it resolved for you?
