Is Monzo contactless?

Hi, I’ve ordered my card earlier today and was wondering, is Monzo contactless?

Also, can you use it with Apple Pay? If it is contactless, would it in theory work?

The card you’re supplied with does support contactless and uses the Mastercard PayPass scheme!

Apple Pay is scheduled to be released once Current Accounts are released, so will not be coming to the prepaid cards. You can however, top up your Monzo card using any of your debit cards through Apple Pay

Yep, we’ll be doing this once we launch a current account It’ll be a priority at that point — we know how much you want it!
