iPhone X Face ID

Hello everyone!

I just switched from an iPhone SE (touch ID) to an iPhone X. Weirdly enough, it doesn’t ask me the Face ID. Is there a way to enable it and therefore enhance security? I’m not very comfortable knowing that whoever takes my phone could potentially top up their card with mine, since the monzo app doesn’t ask for any security code/Face ID. With my previous iPhone before logging in every time I use the app, it asked me for Touch ID.

Perhaps I just don’t know how to enable it?

Monzo app > account> settings cog thing under card pic

Setting should be there. It’s where the Touch ID setting is

Also if you don’t have touch ID enabled you need to enter the card pin todo any transfers.

That text really needs to be changed in setting to not say Touch ID doesn’t it :thinking:
