Invalid Card

Currently in Vietnam, I’ve tried my card at 4 different cash machines and each says your card is invalid and immediately gives it back, is this a problem with the current account or likely to be an individual card problem.

I’ve not heard of this issue before so I’m assuming that it’s related to the current accounts. I’d recommend contacting the support team via the in-app chat to ask them to look into this.

if its CA card it says in the help section magstripes are not supported yet - maybe the ATMs need magstripe enabled

I used my prepaid card in Vietnam without issue. I didn’t enable magstripe or anything. Didn’t have the CA when I was there.
