Although their feedback is very brutally honest, it does have some merit.
I’m in the same boat as them. Nothing in the plans appeal to me and I’ve downgraded for the same reasons too.
Time will tell if this model works. Who knows!

I am currently on Plus and was thinking of moving to Max (mainly to get the RAC cover) however having compared it with nationwide Flexplus, that seems like more of a steal to me
Main incentive for me was the RAC cover and ofcourse being with Monzo for everything as an all in one. But nationwide trumps and i am seriously thinking about going with them and keeping my monzo as is for two main points
No, it is your opinion that YOU don’t want them (and nor do I). You can’t speak for every other customer. I think that is what people are objecting to. If nobody wanted them, then they would have no paid customers, so it is factually wrong, not an opinion.
I took part in a survey for O2 Priority yesterday… Don’t be too sure that the current offer will survive in it’s current guise by the end of their review. We’ll see
Oh damn! oh well might as well enjoy it while it lasts for free
it may still be free. There also could be more choice. There were lots of options. Don’t read too much into it, but the offer is liable to change I think. Hopefully to something we still all like
I meant a list of perks “people actually want.”
I agree that the current iteration isn’t attractive to everyone (including me), but “perks people actually want” reads like a politician concentrating on “the peoples’ priorities” when they mean their own priorities.
Are you finished being a child?
Please let me know when you plan to head into Tesco, find a product you don’t like and have a tantrum at the staff because it doesn’t appeal to you - I’d like to watch it with some popcorn
Thanks David, I’ll share this feedback with the team.
Do we know if the wallpapers is only a new package thing
Hey @Lewis730, our new customisable wallpapers are only available on Extra, Perks and Max.
Thanks for the feedback @Jadesharp1992, I’ll share it with the team.
The moment many of you have been waiting for!

This is regarding the credit insights tool. The Monzo Flex balance isn’t updating. The little slidey graphic as a percentage seems about right but the balance definitely isn’t. I’ve checked other agencies and the balance is much closer. Might be a ?
On credit insights I have an account that hasn’t updated in years, but it doesn’t say that and makes out as if the updates are recent
Could the app show the year if it isn’t the current year?
Balances can take up to 60 days to report to any agency (commonly monthly, in arrears).
That’s true but the agency on eg credit Karma shows an almost correct balance whereas Monzo doesn’t. This seems to me that the agency has updated but Monzo hasn’t. Unless I’m understanding it wrong.
It could be as when monzo actually pulls the report from the agency, which may not align to the same date the agency does.
Unsure if that’s been covered already up the thread somewhere.
That’s fair. It may be the case. Seems weird that the graphic has a fairly accurate % but the balance is way out.
