Oh, I can now but it wasn’t there until I refreshed. Weird.
I down graded to perks, you don’t pay a cancellation fee, and get to keep the metal card and many of the other benefits for a £7 savings, so id certainly consider it as you wont loose much but save some quids!

My vote is a bit skewed - if the option “I am a Premium customer and I would be a Max customer if the app allowed you to pick a preferred payment date but it doesn’t and so I am now waiting until my preferred payment date to switch” was available, my vote would have been spot on

I am waiting to see if Monzo let me back in after foolishly CASSing my account for a bribe
People who already had an RAC membership, and are now getting it as part of Max. How have you found this transition?
Do I need to cancel my current membership before signing up to Max
Do you get a pro rata refund on your previous membership?
Do you keep the same RAC account or get a new one?
Plus ‘downgraded’ to Extra. No trains and no Greggs anywhere near me and I can live with the reduction in interest on my savings account but the credit insights is kinda cool, if kinda pointless.
But I think you won’t be able order new metal card again, if you keep the platinum plan you will still be able a metal card anytime by paying £50

From my understanding they are not offering the metal card at all from now on, premium or not, I could be wrong of course!
I think they have to, because that was part of the plan they mention on the contract.

Card arrived yesterday - quite like the look of it in all honesty.
The hot coral on the back might take a bit of getting used to mind you.
All in all, getting the same as I was with HSBC select and cover for slightly less every month.
Slowly moving everything back over to Monzo to just make things simplier for me going forward

But something that might help from when I emailed them is that any optional extras you have on your existing account are not able to be added on to the Monzo cover nor can you amend it to include them. Makes sense but something to bear in mind. In our case, we have a battery replace extra which we can live without as the savings from switching are worth it.
