Introducing Extra, Perks and Max

Mine took about 6 hours to eventually load but has a transunion and no equifax score. Checked this morning and that’s still the case.

Credit Insights working for me now after having errors all day yesterday. They’re quite good - nice insight into your debts and what credit accounts you have open. Must admit, I am not a fan of how Equifax do their scores, so I wish I could hide it - it’s just an arbitrary number with no meaning behind it (which I know MOST credit scores are, but at least I can max out Experian and TransUnion if I try hard enough!)

Can we pay these from a pot yet…?

100% I think they looked really unique! such a shame :frowning:

Hi David :waving_hand: the special offers are not in the new plans, they’ve been replaced by the Partner perks from Greggs and Trainline.

Thanks for the confirmation. Just as I guessed.

It IS a sticker. Now that i’ve had a few more minutes with it:

  • I like the dark shade of red
  • The shimmer/holo effect is similar to the holographic blue Plus card, and I like that
  • The mastercard logo is clearly a sticker and looks out of place
  • The back of the card is standard “Hot Coral” and looks VERY out of place for a “premium” card

Overall, while the colour and holographic effect is nice, i’m kinda disappointed with the card design. I do like how it looks in Google Wallet though, so I will be keeping the new card as it will likely never leave my wallet thanks to Google Wallet.

Well said

I upgraded and have the credit score page.

But whilst my TransUnion score shows, my Equifax score shows as nil.

Is there a reason for this? Or will it start appearing when it refreshes next week?

One thing I’ve noticed looking at the closed account section of my credit report:

There are no bespoke icons for Paypal, a number of previous phone networks and some banks. Surprised they don’t show as I’m sure lots of people would have had contracts or accounts with these providers.

I think people who pay money to monzo for additional features have every right to bemoan changes that don’t work for them, especially if they are not banking specific benefits.

This is the whole reason monzo came about in the first place, banks at the time weren’t fitting peoples specific needs.

As for positive feedback I only really seem to see that from people with ‘crowdfunding investor’ next to their name.

This means we haven’t been able to find your Equifax file :frowning:
We are working on:

  1. Improvements to the matching logic so hopefully we can find it!
  2. Making it clearer that this is the case (rather than just showing 0)

Watch this space - we’re adding improved logos and display names for lenders as and when we come across them. Will take us a couple of weeks to mop up the majority of institutions.

New Perks Card. Has a holographic core it seems!

The main colour is also ‘shimmery’ too.

Just reiterating my point about product fitting the largest group of customers possible

As with all products/services, if it no longer provides you value… you cancel it and move on

Very skeptical re: ‘crowdfunding investors badge’. I won’t respond to that as I’m not trying to start an argument with anyone

I wish they would just let people choose the card design they want if they all cost about the same to make (especially now that metal has been scrapped). Seems stupid to restrict the designs to different tiers. I am sure people would fork out a few quid to be able to pick a specific card anyway. At the very least, you should be able to select any of the card designs at your current tier or below.

Metal and white card were 75% of why I payed for premium :(. If not metal cards, would it be possible to add some additional very boring colours for cards? If metal is expensive, why not add a fee for it? Would be happy to pay for a different card.
