I think Monzo daily card transaction limit needs to be raised to £25,000 and daily bank transfer limit increased to £25,000.
This is a more realistic limit than the current £10,000 limit which is just too restrictive for daily transactions especially for business customers etc…
There will be business accounts for business customers coming 
You can speak to customer support to temporarily raise limits for larger transactions.
Monzo are working on business accounts, and I imagine limits will differ from personal accounts.

Can they be changed permanently?
Also, w.r.t. customer support temporarily raising limits - I needed this yesterday and contacted customer support but the conversation didn’t get anywhere. I would advise others NOT to count on it if you have any important payments to make. The wait times on responses to chat can be a few hours. They will keep coming back with more and more questions and there’s no sense of urgency from customer support on this.
