Improved Bank Statements?

I’m in the process of moving House. As part of the reference checks I had to provide my bank statements. However the Referencing agency have benn backwards and forwards on the phone to me as they can’t make out the Monzo statements.

One issue was when I get paid from work it comes under my bosses name, that wasn’t really an issue, but there was no reference next to the payment (which does show up on the Monzo App).

Are there any plans to change the statements to make them clearer to see incomings, outgoings, as well as references next to payment?

One thing that would improve readability a lot is separate columns for credits and debits.

Exactly, that is something I forgot to mention!

Rather than different columns how about shading the lines with debits? Would add to the visibility and not have to compress the data on the left to add another column

Or just add CR and DB next to the entries.

What’s the advantage of that over the current minus symbol? :thinking:
Having the CR and DB would just create more clutter and not increase quick visibility
