IFTTT - +/- signs missing

Hi,

I’m using the “Log my card purchases to a spreadsheet” IFTTT applet. However, the AmountInAccountCurrency ingredient doesn’t include the positive or minus sign, only the transaction amount.

It’s mildly annoying to have to go through all the spend transactions adding in a - at the start.

Is there a workaround for this?

Won’t this just make all values negative? It seems rare but I do have money going into my account too :yum:
